COMMISSIONERS’ FIELD USE
All bids must be received by 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2024
The Strafford County Commissioners are seeking proposals for the use of the “Commissioners’
Field” currently being used as a football field located on County property, County Farm Road,
Dover, NH. Proposals that include involvement of multiple sports with eligible enrollment
countywide will be given favorable consideration. Detailed specifications are available by

Bid forms will be provided and are to be used to submit bids.
Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Commissioners’ Field Use Bid” and submitted no later than
4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, 2024 to: Strafford County Commissioners’ Office, County Farm
Road; 259 County Farm Road, Suite 204; Dover, New Hampshire 03820. The Strafford County
Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and select the proposal most
beneficial to the County.
