NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Meeting of the Strafford County Legislative Delegation Executive Committee is
scheduled to be held Friday, March 1, 2024, 9:00 a.m., with a snow date of Friday, March 8, 2024, 9:00 a.m. This
meeting will require a physical quorum but will provide remote access for the public and will be held as noted above in
the Café Conference Room, Lower Level of the William A. Grimes Justice and Administration Building, 259 County
Farm Road, Dover, NH to conduct the following business:
* Review Commissioners’ Proposed 2024 Budget
* Hear Delegation Subcommittee Reports & Recommendations from Subcommittee Chairmen
* Approve Subcommittee Reports & Recommendations to be Presented to the Full Delegation
* Approve Executive Committee Meeting Minutes of November 15, 2023
* Discuss and Vote on the Candidate(s) to Serve Out Remainder of Strafford County Sheriff’s Term
* Discuss and Vote on the 2025-2026 Elected Officials Salaries
*Any other business which may legally come before the Executive Committee

A public meeting of the Full Delegation has been scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.,
with a snow date of Wednesday, March 27, 2024, in Superior Courtroom I, Second Floor, Justice and Administration
Building, 259 County Farm Road, Dover, New Hampshire to hear the reports and recommendations of the
Subcommittees and the Executive Committee and vote on approval of the 2024 County Budget, new County Sheriff,
PDA Representative, and 2025-2026 Elected Officials Salaries.
