The Housekeeping Department has an opening for full time, Floor Care Supervisor. This is a 40 hour, Monday through Friday, varying shift, working supervisor position. This position requires previous floor care experience in a long term care facility. Which includes but is not limited to; previous stripping, refinishing, and burnishing of hard floors; carpet extraction; auto scrub operation and maintenance; manual scrubbing procedures; wet vac operations; and proper scrub and recoat procedures.

This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining a floor care schedule that meets the needs of the Housekeeping Department and of Riverside.

This person will also be required to provide back up assistance as needed for various staff positions within the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.

 This person will be required to work all shifts on an as needed basis, and occasional weekends.

This person must posses the physical abilities to operate all types of floor care equipment including floor buffers, auto scrubs, carpet shampooers, etc. This person must also be able to move full carts of soiled linen and trash throughout the facility.
