The Strafford County Commissioners’ Office is accepting sealed proposals for the following:
Architectural Services - Nursing Home Preliminary Design
The Strafford County Commissioners are investigating the feasibility of replacing the current county nursing home (Riverside Rest Home) with a new facility. Tentative placement for the new facility will be next to Hyder Family Hospice where there are approximately 8 upland acres available. Water, sewer and electric are readily available from the existing road.
This bid is for the preliminary design and cost estimate only, however, future phases may be added to the project.
All proposals must be received by Thursday April 28th, 2022 @ 9AM in the Commissioner’s Office.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Architectural Services” to the Strafford County Commissioners’ Office, 259 County Farm Road - Suite 204, Dover, NH 03820.
The Strafford County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids/ proposals, to award the bid to other than the lowest bidder if deemed “bid most advantageous to the County” and to waive any defects in bids.
