Strafford County Commissioners are accepting sealed proposals for the following item(s):
Surplus Vehicles

The Strafford County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids/ proposals, to award the bid to other than the low bidder if deemed “bid most advantageous to the County” and to waive any defects in bids.
Opportunity to bid
Strafford County is accepting bids on several vehicles for scrap or parts –
these vehicles are being sold on an AS IS basis and will not pass state inspection.

Additional vehicles may be added to the list before the vehicle inspection.
Vehicles are in various states of serviceability and may not be drive-able; it will be the responsibility of the bidder to make arrangements to tow or trailer vehicles if needed.
All vehicles are located behind the jail in the parking lot off of the service road and will be available for inspection on Tuesday August 10th from 9 AM to 10 AM. For more information, please contact Jim Gaunya at 817-1057.
This is a sealed bid process, emailed bids will not be accepted - you may bid on one or multiple vehicles just specify the VIN number of each vehicle on your paperwork.
All proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Surplus Vehicles” and submitted to the Strafford County Commissioners Office, 259 County Farm Road - Suite 204, Dover, NH 03820 no later than 9AM on August 12th. Payment for the vehicles will be expected no later than two business days after bids are awarded.
