Inmate Telephone System
The Strafford County Department of Corrections uses Inmate Telephone Inc. (ITI) in Pennsylvania for the inmate phone system. In order for an inmate to make telephone calls (or you to receive calls) an account must be established. There are two options available:
Option 1: You send money into the inmate’s commissary account. The money will arrive much faster than mailing it to ITI in Pennsylvania. If you choose this option, you must send the money by money order, made payable to “Strafford County Commissary” and mailed to 266 County Farm Road, Dover, NH 03820.
Option 2: For this option you contact ITI at : 888-949-3303
. You can call this number to make billing arrangements. You can mail a check or money order to them or use a credit card. Any billing arrangement made with ITI will take a few days before it is processed.
If you have any questions regarding either of these options, please call Sandy Miller, Records Supervisor at 603-742-3310.
We now have an ATM Machine available at the Booking/Release lobby for your convenience.
