Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Floor - Jail” and/or “Showers- Jail” and must be received by September 23rd @9AM at the Strafford County Commissioners Office, 259 County Farm Road - Suite 204, Dover, NH 03820. The Strafford County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids/ proposals, to award the bid to other than the low bidder if deemed “bid most advantageous to the County” and to waive any defects in bids.

 

This project will consist of the replacement of approximately 35 showers and will be done one housing unit at a time.

The second project will be to replace the current epoxy floor in the kitchen with a new floor.

Due to the challenges of working in a correctional facility, a mandatory site review will take place on Thursday September 9th at 9 AM; please meet in the Jail Administration Area for sign-in and temperature check. Masks will be required for the walk-through.

You may bid on one or both projects; however each project should be submitted in a separate envelope.
All bids must received by Thursday September 23rd at 9AM in the Commissioner’s Office.
